California and Las Vegas 2003

           Our first visit  to these shores and certainly not our last we landed in Los Angeles  airport and was dubious as only Brits visiting Long Beach as alone on shuttle bus . Long Beach is worth a mention as the marina is most pleasant to walk around and the Queen Mary tour most enjoyable .

              We went to Hollywood visited the Chinese Theatre and saw the the stars footprints and their homes . Highlight was our visit to the Universal Studios  and another day to Disneyland .

              Second week flew to Las Vegas  for Christmas  now this a place we need more time to visit and will be returning to, as so many attractions .
